The Find Your Talent Shepway pilot will:
- Link children, young people and their families into the exciting process of arts- led regeneration taking place in the district.
- Provide access to a wide range of high quality creative and cultural activities working with local, regional and national creative practitioners and delivery partners.
- Place children and young people at the heart of what we do, involving them in decision making, programming and evaluation.
- Target our delivery to those who are hard to reach, and who may otherwise miss out on such opportunities
- Develop an innovative project programme trying out new ways of working
- Leave a lasting legacy at the end of the pathfinder period, having changed lives through our intervention.
