By 2011, Find Your Talent partners in Liverpool aim to:
- Have created a model to deliver a universal five hour offer effectively and meaningfully
- An increase in cultural engagement among young people in these areas
- Increased attainment and higher skill levels in young people participating in both schools and community based activity
- That young people's aspirations for themselves and their communities have been positively affected by involvement in the programme
- Increased strategic engagement between the childrens and cultural sectors
- The programme has increased employment opportunities and commissions for creative practitioners and cultural organisations
